A Caregivers' Support Group is coming to the Boca Grande Health Clinic Annex, 280 Park Ave., with an introductory meeting at 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17.
All interested persons are invited but this group is particularly for anyone already caring for someone else or anticipating caring for someone soon.
Caregiving is stressful physically, emotionally and mentally. The good news is that you are not alone. Join our group and take a much-needed break, share strategies, relax, learn and laugh.
The group will be co-facilitated by Nancy Blackstone, Carol Lucas and Grace Ott.
