The Boca Grande Art Alliance's top 2013 fundraiser is the most mysterious of the season.
It's the third annual Whodunit?
Exhibiting BGAA artists, instructors and other professional artists donate works and sign them on the back so buyers do not know who the artist is until it is selected. Hence, Whodunit?

Tickets ($75) will be collected at the door and a new name is drawn every few minutes. Selected individuals have one minute to choose a painting.
The event also features gourmet appetizers and libations along with the chance to win an original piece of art by a Gasparilla Island-area artist. The event begins at 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, in the Crowninshield House. Art can be viewed from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. the day of the event.
Emcee Del-Bourree Bach, a master painter, renowned marine artist, and recipient of more than 125 awards in worldwide competitions, is known for lively banter and entertainment ability as well as his brushwork. Bach is a signature member of the American Society of Marine Artists, Society of Animal Artists, National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society, the Salmagundi Club of New York, Audubon Artists, Providence Art Club among other professional arts organizations.??
His works are included in many private, corporate and museum collections, including the Albrecht Kemper Museum in Missouri and the Florence Griswold Museum in Connecticut.
Tickets are available at the Art Alliance, 236 Banyan St., or by calling 964-1700. Tickets will also be available in front of the U.S. Post Office from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 8.
