Boca Grande home goes for $6.7M

The top Boca Grande property sale of the week was at 1300 13th St., which sold for $6.7 million.

As top-dollar island home sales heat up so do listings. Of the nine new Boca Grande listings this week, five topped $1 million.

The most highly valued Boca Grande property to go on the market is 16180 Sunset Pines Circle, $5.95 million.

Others topping $1 million included:

n 2955 Shore Lane, $3.2 million;

n 151 Park Ave., $1.85 million;

n 1632 Gaspar Drive South, $1.725 million; and

n 747-2 South Harbor Drive, $1.05 million.

In other island property sales activity, Sanibel Island has produced several multi-million closings recently, including a $6.657 million sale of a driving range at 1100 Par View Drive and home at 1715 Middle Gulf Drive to The End Golf Management.

The top home sale listed was $4.275 million paid Dec. 14 by Cynthia Berman for 1145 Bird Lane.
